Abstract
Higher vocational education is an inevitable product of social development and a result of higher education reform.In recent years,with the rapid development of China's society,the mode of schools and enterprises cooperation has been continuously improved,and the employment problem has been alleviated to a certain extent.However,due to the low recognition of the educational level of vocational colleges,there are still difficulties in employment in the actual employment process.Continuously exploring new paths suitable for China's vocational development,seeking new opportunities for vocational college students to find employment,and improving the employment rate have become a key factor in the development of vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the employment problem of higher vocational college students from their own qualities,professional ability,and other factors,in order to solve the practical problem of difficult employment for college students.关键词
