"大思政"格局下高职院校学生管理工作研究
Research on Student Management in Higher Vocational Colleges under"Great Ideological and Political"Pattern
摘要
Abstract
The comprehensive qualities of students in higher vocational colleges are uneven,and the types of students are complex and diverse,so the"unified"student management mode is incompatible with the"personalized"student development needs,and it is difficult to adapt to the requirements of student management in the new era.To this end,the paper takes Liaoning Agricultural Technical College as an example,taking into consideration of the needs of the era and social development,and the self-positioning and development goals of higher vocational colleges,relies on the construction of"one-stop"student community,carries out"five steps,three links and one service"activities,implements"ten major education"projects,and actively constructs the student management mode of higher vocational colleges under the"great ideological and political"pattern.Great efforts are made to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labor.关键词
