摘要

Abstract

Because of their convenience,rapidness and non-invasive advantages,non-invasive skin physiological monitoring technique can be auxiliary examination of many common skin disea-ses and is of great significance in guiding the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Skin physiologi-cal monitor is a newly-developed non-invasive skin physiological monitoring technique,which can evaluate skin barrier by measuring transepidermal water loss rate(TEWL),skin surface pH,stra-tum corneum hydration(SCH),sebum content and so on.This manuscript reviews and discusses the applications and significance of non-invasive skin physiological monitors in dermatology.It will provide a basis for analyzing the correlation between skin barrier function and diagnostic and thera-peutic outcomes.
