老年代谢相关脂肪性肝病与结直肠腺瘤的相关性研究
A study on relationship between metabolic-associated fatty liver disease and colorectal adenoma in the elderly

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between metabolic-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)and hepatic fibrosis and colorectal adenoma(CRA)in the elderly.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 1 583 eld-erly patients who underwent abdominal ultrasound and electronic colonoscopy in Huadong Hospital Affiliated to Fudan Universi-ty from June 2021 to December 2022,including 772 males and 811 females,with 786 in the CRA group and 797 in the control group.Their general data,blood biochemical indexes and abdominal ultrasound results were collected.Binary multivariate Lo-gistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors for CRA and the correlation between the degree of liver fibrosis and the risk of CRA was investigated.Results The prevalence of MAFLD in the CRA patients was higher than that in the non-CRA pa-tients(62.98％vs 52.20％).Binary multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that male,increasing age and MAFLD were risk factors for CRA(P＜0.05).APRI score ≥0.50 and FIB-4 score ≥ 2.0 were independent risk factors for CRA(P＜0.05).Conclusion In elderly patients with CRA,the proportion of males and MAFLD is higher.As the degree of liver fibro-sis worsens,the risk of developing CRA may increases.关键词
