基于专科敏感指标构建的干预模式对老年肝癌患者术后康复的影响
Effects of intervention model based on specialized sensitive indicators on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with liver cancer

Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of intervention model based on specialized sensitive indicators and routine intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with liver cancer,and provide more new thinking for clinical diag-nosis and treatment of patients.Methods 82 elderly patients with primary liver cancer who received surgical treatment in Tumor Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected.According to different post-operative intervention measures,they were divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(41 cases).The con-trol group received routine postoperative intervention,while the observation group adopted an intervention scheme based on spe-cialized intervention sensitive indicators.The changes in the postoperative recovery indexes,pain level and daily life self-care score of the two groups were compared.Results The hospitalization time,the first postoperative defecation time,the first postoperative exhaust time,the time of the first postoperative getting out of bed and the first postoperative feeding time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(all P＜0.05).The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 12 h and 24 h after surgery(all P＜0.05).The scores of daily living self-care ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group 1 d and 3 d after surgery(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The intervention model based on specialized sensitive indicators can effectively improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect of pa-tients,reduce their psychological and medical burden,and has certain clinical application value.关键词
