基于循证理念的营养管理在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期住院患者的应用分析
Application analysis of nutrition management model based on evidence-based theory in hospitalized elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effects of the nutrition management model based on evidence-based theory in hospitalized elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods A total of 148 elderly AECOPD patients admitted to West China Hospital of Sichuan University from March 2020 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=74)and control group(n=74).On the basis of the same treatment,the observation group implemented the nutrition management plan model based on evidence-based theory,and the control group implemented routine nursing.The clinical improvement[Nutritional Risk Screening(NRS2002)score,dyspnea score(mMRC)and length of hospital stay]was compared between the two groups.The self-care level(ESCA score),nutritional factor related index value,fatigue status(RPFS score),quality of life(CAT score)and nursing effect were compared between the two groups before and after application.Results After application,the NRS2002 score,mMRC score and RPFS score of both groups were significantly lower than those of the same group before application(P＜0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P＜0.05);the hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P＜0.05);the ESCA score,nutritional indicator values,and CAT score of both groups were significantly higher than those of the same group before application(P＜0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The nutrition management plan model based on evidence-based theory can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of elderly AECOPD patients,and has certain clinical ap-plication value.关键词
