玄武岩棉不锈钢长丝复合纱的制备及性能研究OACSTPCD
Preparation and property study of basalt cotton stainless steel filament composite yarn
为探究基于展丝机构制备的玄武岩棉不锈钢长丝复合纱的性能,利用多轴系复合纺纱技术制备了展丝玄武岩棉不锈钢长丝复合纱,对展丝和未展丝复合纱线的捻度、毛羽数、条干均匀度、强伸性能进行测试和对比.研究表明:与未展丝结构复合纱相比,展丝结构复合纱的平均捻度减少了6.33%,捻度不匀率降低;经过展丝后玄武岩单丝宽度增加,有利于对芯纱表面棉纤维进行包覆,使展丝结构复合纱的 3 mm毛羽数减少39.18%、片段长度重量CV值降低1.53个百分点;断裂强力和断裂伸…查看全部>>
