柔性棉织物压力传感器的制备及性能研究
Preparation and property study of soft cotton fabric pressure sensor

Abstract
In order to explore the sensitivity and reliability of soft sensors during use,liquid metal gallium-indium alloy was selected as conductive sensitive materials.Liquid metal interdigital electrodes was printed on cotton fabrics with screen printing process,then it was used as the bottom electrode.Ultrasonic method was adopted to create liquid metal nylon electrodes,which were used as the resistive layer.The resistive layer and bottom electrode were assembled into a resistive soft cotton fabric pressure sensor,and its relevant performance was tested.The results showed that,when different external forces were applied,the resistance of the soft pressure sensor was linearly decreased with the increase of external force.The sensitivity of the sensor could be reached 0.397 kPa-1 within the pressure test range of 0 kPa~2 kPa.The loading response time of the sensor was 0.135 s,and the unloading response time was 0.140 s,which indicated its better response performance and stability to changes in external forces.Additionally,in the wrist bending detection of the prepared soft cotton fabric pressure sensor,the cyclic curve of the resistance change rate was kept consistently.Stable output was provided during the alternating bending test of the sensor in same angles.关键词
