UHMWPE/SSF氨纶包芯纱的制备及其织物防切割性能分析
Preparation of UHMWPE/SSF spandex core-spun yarn and its fabric anti-cutting property analysis

Abstract
In order to prepare anti-cutting fabric,spandex filament was used as core yarn,ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)staple fiber and stainless steel(SSF)staple fiber were blended as outer fiber to spin core-spun yarn.Three-factor five-level orthogonal test was designed by selecting SSF fiber content,yarn twist factor and pre-drafting ratio of spandex as factors.Hairiness,breaking strength,elastic recovery rate and cutting force of the woven fabric as the main quality evaluation indexes.Effects of SSF fiber content,twist factor of the yarn and pre-drafting ratio of spandex on anti-cutting property and comfort of the woven fabric were studied.The test results showed that the optimum process parameters of core-spun yarn were 40%SSF fiber content,350 twist factor and 2.8 times pre-drafting ratio of spandex.There was no obvious correlation among yarn hairiness,elastic recovery rate and the anti-cutting property of fabric,but the breaking strength was negatively correlated with the anti-cutting property of fabric.The content of SSF fiber was the main factor affecting the anti-cutting property of fabric,the twist factor and the pre-drafting ratio of spandex had no significant effect on it.It is considered that the fabric of UHMWPE/SSF spandex core-spun yarn according to the optimized process has better anti-cutting property.关键词
