摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the effect of different core filaments on air-jet vortex core-spun yarn and its fabric property,Modal fiber and intelligent temperature-adjusting fiber were used as outer fibers to spin three kinds of air-jet vortex core-spun yarns with T400 polyester filament,polyester DTY filament and polyamide 6 filament respectively,and knitted fabrics were woven.The strength and elongation,hairiness and evenness of air-jet vortex core-spun yarn with different core filaments under the same yarn forming conditions were investigated.At the same time,the drapability,crease resistance and anti-pilling property of the corresponding knitted fabrics were analyzed.The results showed that T400 polyester filament core-spun yarn had the best strength and elongation property,the fabric had the best anti-pilling property.The core-spun yarn fabric with polyester DTY as core yarn was crisp and crease resistant and had better shape preservation.Polyamide 6 filament core-spun yarn had the least hairiness and the most uniform evenness,and the fabric had the best drape and air permeability.
