纺织空调开式系统缓冲水箱的应用研究OACSTPCD
Application research of buffer water tank in textile air conditioning open system
为提高冷冻循环水的使用效率,进一步减少初期投资、节约能源,根据不同温度下水的密度不同的性质,对纺织空调开式系统缓冲水箱进行研究.结果表明:相对于传统缓冲水箱,新型开式系统缓冲水箱在实现应急冷源调峰的同时减少了水箱的容积,并且实现了缓冲水箱的自然分层的水蓄冷.认为:在纺织空调设计中,新型开式冷冻循环水二次泵系统的缓冲水箱设计可以更好地解决应急冷源调峰,充分利用自然分层的水蓄冷原理,提高了水箱蓄冷的体积利用率,从而减小缓冲水箱的容积,节省了制冷机房的占地面积,进而节约成本.在低负荷运行情况下,可以停止冷水机组工作,利用缓冲水箱供冷,可避免冷水机组的小负荷运行,提高冷水机组的运行效率.
In order to improve the use efficiency of refrigerated circulating water,further reduce the initial investment and save energy,according to the different density of water at different temperature,the buffer water tank in textile air conditioning open system was studied.The results showed that compared with the traditional buffer water tank,the volume of the water tank could be reduced and the natural layered water storage could be realized by adopting the new open system buffer water tank.It is considered that in the design of textile air conditioning,the design of buffer water tank of the new open refrigerated circulating water secondary pump system can better solve the problem of emergency cold source peak shaving and make full use of the principle of natural stratified water storage,which improves the volume utilization ratio of the water tank cold storage,thereby volume of the buffer water tank can be reduced,the area of the refrigerating machine room and the cost could be saved.Under the condition of low-load operation,the chiller can be stopped and the buffer water tank can be used for cooling,then the low-load operation of the chiller can be avoided and the operation efficiency of the chiller can be improved.
