高职院校隶属关系分析与改革优化研究
Research on the Analysis and Reform Optimization of the Affiliation Relationship of Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
The affiliation relationship is the key factor affecting the resource acquisition of higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges with different affiliation relationships have unbalanced supply of policy resources,financial resources,human resources and land resources,large development gap between schools,and independent school-running subjects,resulting in scattered school-running resources,difficulties in co-construction and sharing,and difficulties in making full use of resources.To a certain extent,this restricts the high-quality development of vocational education in Hubei Province.It should conform to the reform requirements of the"20 Vocational Education Articles"that vocational education is mainly organized by the government to the pattern of overall management by the government and diversified education in society,break the boundaries of subordinate departments,and concentrate the power of"government,enterprise,school and community"to strengthen and improve higher vocational education in Hubei Province under the overall planning of provincial governments.关键词
