The Significance and Strategies of Synergistic Innovation in English Teaching and International Talent Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract
As globalization deepens,internationalization of higher vocational education has become an essential part of global educational reforms.English teaching,as a fundamental tool for cross-cultural communication,plays an indispensable role in the future career development of students.However,current higher vocational English teaching faces challenges such as a disconnect between teaching content and international professional standards,and the need to enhance the international literacy of the teaching staff.By analyzing the strategic significance of internationalization in higher vocational education and the important role of English teaching in cultivating international talents,this paper proposes solutions to the aforementioned issues.These include restructuring the content of higher vocational English teaching to integrate international professional standards and improving the international literacy of the English teaching staff.The aim is to provide a reference for the internationalization reform of English teaching in higher vocational colleges.关键词
