A Practical Exploration on the Revitalization of Rural Talents Empowered by Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Cultivating Students for Special Positions in Agricultural Technology

Abstract
Vocational education has innate advantages in the cultivation of rural talents,especially in the targeted training of personnel for grass-roots special positions in agricultural technology,which is an important practice to focus on rural revitalization issues and accurately meet the needs of rural revitalization talents.The targeted training of personnel for grass-roots special positions in agricultural technology in Hunan province presents the characteristics of steady and progressive number of people,prominent professional characteristics,relatively broad coverage,etc.It has the advantages of cracking the phenomenon of"leaving agriculture"after"learning agriculture",improving the accuracy of training high-quality agriculture-related talents,and serving rural development to help implement rural revitalization.However,higher vocational colleges still face difficulties such as mismatch between talent training and rural revitalization strategy,contradiction between talent supply and rural talent demand,and conflict between curriculum and rural industry development.In order to further enable the revitalization of rural talents,improve the pertinence of vocational education to serve rural revitalization,increase the education of the training concept of"knowing agriculture,loving agriculture and doing agriculture",and further smooth the training path of new agricultural talents,it is imperative to grasp the construction of teaching quality with characteristics of professional brand.关键词
