摘要

Abstract

The connotation of the professional development of"triple-qualified"teachers in secondary vocational education includes strong teaching ability as a"teacher",high technical ability as a"technician",and excellent class management ability as a"mentor".In response to the current problems in the professional development of secondary vocational teachers,such as imperfect top-level design,lack of comprehensive professional abilities,disconnected evaluation mechanisms,and inadequate utilization of school-enterprise collaborative resources,this paper clarifies the development goals and cultivation system of"triple-qualified"teachers through the improvement of the top-level design of teacher development,promotes the coordinated development of secondary vocational teachers'"triple-qualified"abilities through the establishment of the"3-3-3"platform cooperation,optimizes the career development and evaluation methods of"triple-qualified"teachers through the connected training of the"three-camel project",and achieves the mechanism integration of professional development of"triple-qualified"teachers through the implementation of the"education chain+industry chain"operation mode of the school-enterprise vocational education alliance.
