The Influence of Rural Human Capital Accumulation on the Upgrading of Agricultural Industrial Structure
摘要
Abstract
This paper aims to explore the definition,importance and current status of rural human capital.The necessity and driving force of agricultural industrial structure upgrading are expounded systematically.The role of rural human capital in technological innovation,management optimization,market demand change and agricultural industry chain improvement is analyzed in detail.At the same time,the new requirements of agricultural industrial structure upgrading on rural human capital are analyzed,and the coordinated development relationship between the two is discussed.It emphasizes that rural human capital is the core force of the upgrading of agricultural industrial structure,and there is a close interaction between the two.关键词
