Abstract
[Objective]Chelidonium majus L.is a perennial herbaceous plant with high ornamental value.Currently,research on Chelidonium majus L.seeds is still in the exploratory stage.To investigate the effects of soaking temperature,KMnO4 disinfection concentration and time,as well as cultivation temperature and light on the germination of Chelidonium majus L.seeds.[Method]This study focuses on the seeds of Chelidonium majus L.at Beihua University.Single factor experiments were conducted on soaking temperature,and dual factor experiments were conducted on KMnO4 disinfection concentration and time,cultivation temperature,and light to explore the effects of different treatments on the germination of Chelidonium majus L.seeds.[Results]The germination rate,germination potential,and germination index of white clover seeds soaked in a 15℃ water bath were the highest,and the germination rate of white clover seeds disinfected with 0.3% KMnO4 for 10 minutes was the highest.The germination indicators are the highest under full light conditions at 25℃ .[Conclusion]Under the conditions of 0.3% KMnO4 disinfection for 10 minutes,15℃ water bath soaking for 12 hours,cultivation temperature of 25℃,and 12 h light/12 h dark conditions,the germination rate of Chelidonium majus L.reached up to 60% .关键词
