Construction of quality index system for nursing management in nerve block room
摘要
Abstract
Objective To construct a quality index system for nursing management in nerve block room,and to provide reference for monitoring and evaluating the quality of nursing management in nerve block room.Methods According to Donabedian's structure-process-outcome quality of care model,the quality index system for nursing management in nerve block room was constructed by literature review,Delphi method,priority diagram method and product method.ResuIts In the two rounds of correspondence,the positive coefficient of the experts was 100%;the authority coefficient 0.925,and the Kendall harmony coefficient 0.213 and 0.182 respectively.The quality index system consisted of 3 first-level,8 second-level,and 59 third-level indicators.Conclusion The constructed quality index system for nursing management in nerve block room is scientific and reliable,and provides reference for evaluating the quality of nursing management in nerve block room.关键词
