Serious games in nursing education:research hotspots and trends
目的 分析严肃游戏在护理教育领域的研究现状和发展脉络,为护理教学提供借鉴和参考.方法 系统检索 Web of Science核心数据库和中国知网中收录的严肃游戏在护理教育领域的相关文献,检索时限为建库至 2023 年 8 月 1 日,运用VOSviewer 1.6.19 和CiteSpace 5.8.R3 进行可视化分析.结果 共纳入相关文献 424篇,包括中文文献 100篇,英文文献 324篇;英文研究热点集中在密室逃脱、数字化健康、教学技术等方面,中文研究热点集中在密室逃脱、教学模式、教学方法等方面.结论 严肃游戏在护理教育领域应用的研究总体呈上升趋势,我国在该领域的学术研究相较于国外仍处于初级发展阶段,未来应借鉴国外经验,加强跨学科与国际交流合作,并深入挖掘热点方向.
Objective To analyze the current situation and development context of the research on serious games in nursing education,and provide reference for nursing teaching.Methods Relevant literature on serious games in nursing education indexed in the Web of Science core database and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)was systematically retrieved,with the retrieval time limit from the inception of the database to August 1,2023.Visual analysis was performed using VOSviewer 1.6.19 and CiteSpace 5.8.R3.Results A total of 424 articles were included,including 100 in Chinese and 324 in English;The English research hotspots included escape room,digital health,teaching technology,etc.while the Chinese research hotspots included escape room,teaching model,teaching method,etc.Conclusion Research on the application of serious games in nursing education shows an overall upward trend.Domestic research in this field is still at the primary development stage compared with that in other countries.In the future,we should draw on international experience,strengthen interdisciplinary and international exchanges and cooperation,and further explore hot topics.
