Simulation of aerodynamic performance of Savonius wind turbine for highway separation fence based on different overlap ratios

高速公路上风况复杂多变,其风场主要由自然风和高速行驶的汽车尾流风所构成,速度呈现非周期性与扰动性.为了研究不同重叠比对高速公路隔离栅Savonius(S)型垂直轴风力机气动性能的影响规律,该文采用线性滤波法的自回归(AR)模型和重叠网格技术建立高速公路时域风场模型.在此基础上,通过流体力学瞬态数值模拟,分析并讨论了当自然风速为五级和六级情况下,重叠比0~0.24 的S型风力机气动效率Cp和转矩系数Cm.结果显示:在风力机高径比和叶轮半径确定的情况下,对于自然风速为五级的高速公路时域风场,风力机Cp 与Cm 随着重叠比的增加都有所改善;而当自然风速达到六级时,重叠比为 0.06 和 0.18 时的风力机Cp与Cm出现了2 个峰值;并且当重叠比为0.18 时,S型风力机的综合性能最优.

The wind conditions on highways are complex and variable,and its wind field is mainly composed of natural wind and moving vehicles wake,and the velocity presents aperiodicity and perturbation.In order to study the influence law of different overlap ratios on the aerodynamic performance of Savonius(S)vertical axis wind turbine of highway separation fences,the auto-regressive(AR)model of linear filtering and overset grid technology are used to establish a highway time-domain wind field model.Based on above,through hydrodynamic transient numerical simulation,the S wind turbine power aerodynamic efficiency coefficient Cp and moment coefficient Cm are analyzed and discussed when the natural wind speed is five and six,and the overlap ratio is 0~0.24.The results show that,when the aspect ratio and impeller radius of the wind turbine are determined,the wind turbine Cp and Cm improve with increasing overlap ratio for a highway time-domain wind field with a natural wind speed of five.When the natural wind speed reaches six,two peaks of wind turbine Cp and Cm occur at overlap ratios of 0.06 and 0.18,and the overall performance of the S wind turbine is optimal when the overlap ratio is 0.18.
