基于仿生獾牙分层理念的夹芯板电池箱优化设计OA北大核心CSTPCD

Optimization design of battery box with sandwich panel based on bionic badger teeth layering concept

为提升电池箱的力学性能,该文基于仿生獾牙分层结构设计理念,设计了一种三角形伞状微结构(TUCS)负泊松比(NPR)夹芯板电池箱.首先,基于獾牙宏观结构建立了仿生獾牙梯度模型;其次,推导了TUCS-NPR的力学模型,并开展TUCS样品的准静态压缩试验,验证了力学模型和有限元仿真的准确性;最后,基于电池箱模态与静力学分析结果对其开展厚度、形貌及拓扑优化,优化后的电池箱在静力学工况下的整体性能均得到了有效提升,且优化后的电池箱质量降低 56.4%.同时对优化后的电池箱进行了碰撞、挤压与跌落工况验证.结果表明,新型电池箱在相应工况下的位移和应力均满足安全要求,电池箱具备良好的强度和抗变形能力.

To improve the mechanical properties of a battery box,a novel sandwich battery box with triangle umbrella-shaped cellular structure(TUCS)and negative Poisson's ratio(NPR)is designed based on the concept of bionic badger teeth layering structure.Firstly,a gradient model of bionic badger teeth is established by imitation of macro structure of badger teeth.Then,a mechanical model of TUCS with NPR is derived.Moreover,a quasi-static compression test on a TUCS sample is executed to verify the accuracy of the mechanical model and finite element simulation model.Finally,optimization design of thickness,shape,and topology for the sandwich battery box is carried out based on the modal and static results of the battery box,and the overall performances of the optimized battery box are effectively enhanced under static working conditions.Besides,the weight of the optimized battery box decreases by 56.4%.Subsequently,the impact,extrusion and drop analyses of the optimized battery box are proceeded,and the results indicate that the displacement and stress of the optimized battery box satisfy safety requirements under corresponding working conditions and the novel battery box is possessed of favorable strength and deformation resistance performances.
