摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of electromagnetic interference easily caused in the traditional optical switch electrostatic driving,this paper proposes an optical-controlled composite driving method using the optoelectronic characteristics of lanthanum-doped lead zirconate titannate(PLZT)ceramic.The driving mechanism based on the energy conversion of PLZT ceramic is described,and a mathematic model of the optical-controlled composite driving of a twisted-arm optical switch is constructed.And the expressions of driving voltage and output displacement are obtained.Then,COMSOL Multiphysics is used to simulate the finite element of the optical switch,and the experimental setup of the optical platform is constructed to compare the theoretical,simulation and experimental analysis of the driving performance under different light intensities.The results indicate that the potential and electric field lines on different parts of the optical switch are uniformly distributed,which proves the rationality of the model structure design.And the accuracy of the driving mathematical model is verified by theoretical calculation,simulation and experimental study,which provides a theoretical basis for the switch control.
