尿道造口术在犬尿石症治疗中的应用

摘要
Abstract
In order to effectively treat three cases of canine urinary retention caused by calculi,through clinical examination,blood routine examination,serum biochemical examination,DR imaging examination and urethral prob-ing,the diagnosis was urolithiasis.There were 2 cases of bladder stones with urethral stones and 1 case of urethral stones.After catheterization,the symptoms were relieved but prone to recurrence.Eventually,urethrostomy was ad-opted for treatment.After careful postoperative care,the wounds healed well.The three dogs were cured and dis-charged.The cases were followed up for one month.The dogs were in good mental state and had smooth urination.关键词
