Predictive Analysis on Quality Marker of Heiyunxiang Based on Network Pharmacology and Molecular Docking

摘要

Abstract

Heiryunxiang has the function of promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,relaxing tendons and activating collaterals.It is widely used in clinical practice to treat rheumatoid arthritis and joint pain.In order to clarify the quality markers of the anti-inflammatory effect of Heiryunxiang,the effective components and anti-inflammatory targets of Heiryunxiang were excavated by network pharmacology and the core components were screened.The core target was obtained by constructing protein interaction network of candidate targets;KEGG signal pathway enrichment analysis was performed for candidate targets.Finally,the core components and core targets were docked.The results showed that(Z)-guggulsterone,proximadiol,α-gurjunene,(E)-α-santalal,curzerenone,curcumenone and 2-meth-oxyfuranoguaia-9-ene-8-one are compatible with protein targets MAPK1,MAPK3 and EGFR.They were obtained in anti-inflammatory effect by pathways in cancer,PD-L1 expression and PD-1 checkpoint pathway in cancer,Neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction,and JAK-STAT signaling pathway,providing reference for the overall quality control.
