Abstract
The good coordination of each link in the control system of coal-fired unit is the guarantee for the security and refinement operation of unit,especially the unit participating in the deep peak shaving.This paper introduces the optimization of flow characteristics of a 300 MW unit steam turbine.Under the requirement of deep peak shaving,the optimization interval of flow characteristics must be extended from the normal load area to the deep peak shaving area.The piecewise linear method is used to optimize the characteristic curve,and the adjustment overlap is optimized for avoiding the swing of the unit regulating valve,which improve the load response of the unit,and provide important reference and enlightenment for the optimization of the flow characteristics of the high pressure regulating valves.关键词
