摘要

Abstract

To alleviate white smoke phenomenon in chimney,a coal-fired 330MW power unit was equipped with a condensation-re-heat plume control system equipped and turn into a pure environment protective unit,which contains flue gas cooler,gas heater and condenser.In demand of plume control and energy saving,a cooperative waste energy recovery retrofit was carried out,which includes:(1)Add plate heat exchanger A,by which condensate water of low-pressure heater system is heated by hot medium water from cooler.(2)Add plate heat exchanger B,by which returned water from heat supply network is heated by hot medium water from cooler.(3)Add plate heat exchanger C,through which,water replenishment of heat supply network has been heated by circulating cooling water from flue gas condenser.Then extraction steam of JD3 from low-pressure heater system have been reduced because of A and heating extraction steam have been reduced because of operation of B and C during heating period.Performance test results show that the added waste heat recovery has reduced coal consumption of the unit power generation 1.09 g/(kW·h)during non-heat-ing period and 2.30 g/((kW·h)during heating period separately.
