Abstract
The failure of high-speed solenoid valve in braking system brings serious hidden danger to the operation safety of heavy haul train.This paper analyzes the causes of high-speed solenoid valve failure of HXD1 AC electric locomotive;and aiming at improving the performance of high-speed solenoid valve grease,increasing the filter screens for high-speed solenoid valves,adjusting the PWM control cycle,and using a new cut-off high-speed solenoid valve,this paper puts forward improvement measures and emergency measures,greatly reducing the safety risks caused by the failure of high-speed solenoid valve;and the effect of on-site verification proves remarkable,thereby effectively ensures the operation safety of 10 000-ton and 20 000-ton heavy-haul trains.关键词
