Abstract
In recent years,the phenomenon of unqualified dexamethasone residues in bovine liver has occurred from time to time,so it is important to detect dexamethasone residues in bovine liver.Currently,the most commonly used method for detecting dexamethasone residues in bovine liver is high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.This article comprehensively reviews various dexamethasone detection techniques,including thin-layer chromatography,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and high-performance liquid chromatography,with a particular in-depth analysis of high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,in order to provide a reference and reference for further research.关键词
