Evaluation of Measurement Uncertainty for the Determination of Geniposide in Qinghuo Zhimai Tablet by UV
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish ultraviolet spectrophotometry(UV)for the determine of geniposide in Qinghuo Zhimai tablet and the uncertainty of the result was evaluated.Methods:The UV method is used to verify the methodology and determine the content of gardenoside,evaluate the uncertainty of the determination results,and calculate the synthetic uncertainty,and finally give the measurement results.Results:The evaluation of the uncertainty of gardenoside in Qinghuo Zhimai tablet showed that under the 95%confidence interval the expanded uncertainty of the content determination results was±1.724%(k=2).Conclusion The established uncertainty evaluation method can provide a reference for the uncertainty analysis of the determination of effective components in traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations by UV spectrophotometry.关键词
