摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method for the determination of residual amounts of five heavy metals and harmful elements, including lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, and copper,in Chinese herbal formula granules, and to investigate and analyze the residual levels of heavy metals and harmful elements in these granules. Results:The standard curves for the five heavy metal elements had R values ranging from 0.9980 to 1.0000,indicating good linearity. The average spiked recovery rates were between 90.8%and 99.8%,with relative standard deviations(RSD)ranging from 2.6%to 5.0%.Conclusion:Analysis of the measurement results from 49 batches of Chinese herbal formula granules revealed varying degrees of heavy metal contamination in the samples. Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the detection of heavy metals in Chinese herbal formula granules, strictly control the sources of raw materials and the production process,to ensure the safety of medication for the public.关键词
