摘要

Abstract

As an efficient construction machinery and equipment,concrete pump truck is often used in various complex field work.As an important component of concrete conveying device,boom system plays a key role in engineering construction.In this paper,on the basis of the study of boom of concrete pump truck,a topology optimization proposal of concrete pump truck boom is put forward.Taking six booms of a new concrete pump truck as the research object,the rigid-flexible coupling analysis of the three-dimensional model of the boom of the pump truck was carried out by ADAMS,and the relationship between the node stress of each boom and the angle during the development of the boom structure was studied,and the angle of the maximum stress of each boom was obtained,which is taken as the optimization angle,and the pin hole force is taken as the boundary condition and optimized.Taking the strength and stiffness as the response constraint condition and the minimum mass as the optimization objective,an optimization method for the optimal distribution of materials was obtained,which provides theoretical guidance for the design and topology optimization of boom system.
