Study on the Influencing Factors of Teachers'Adoption of Man-Machine Collaborative Teaching

Abstract
Human computer collaborative teaching is an inevitable choice and essential requirement for the digital transformation of education.Although there has been some research on the connotation,related technologies,and application modes of human-computer collaboration both domestically and internationally,further research is needed on the acceptance of teacher human-computer collaboration in teaching.Conduct-ing research on the influencing factors of teacher human-computer collaboration adoption is of great significance for improving teaching effec-tiveness.To this end,based on the UTAUT model,the imformation system success model,and combined with teacher interviews,a teacher human-computer collaborative teaching adoption influencing factor model was constructed.Primary and secondary school teachers were select-ed as the survey subjects,and sample data was collected through a questionnaire survey.SPSS 23.0 and SmartPLS 4.0 software were used to analyze the data.Research has found that facilitating conditions,perceived entertainment value,and behavioral intention have a significant positive impact on behavior;Sense of usefulness significantly positively influences behavioral intention;Content quality,community influ-ence,and system quality have a significant positive impact on perceived usefulness;System quality and computer self-efficacy have a signifi-cant positive impact on effort expectations;The expected effort,community influence,and behavioral intention are positively correlated but not significant;The relevant pathways are regulated by gender,age,experience,and academic stage.Finally,based on the current situation of teacher human-computer collaborative teaching,relevant suggestions and countermeasures are proposed from the government level,teacher level,social level,and school level.关键词
