基于专用工装的山地风电叶片运输车组稳定性研究
Research on Stability of Mountain Wind Turbine Blade Transport Group Based on Special Tooling
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the safety of mountain wind power blade transport,a mountain wind power blade transport vehicle group was established by using SolidWorks,and the influence of different fixed axis states of special tooling on the stability of the transport vehicle group was analyzed according to the three typical working conditions of tooling lifting,blade rotation and tooling rotation.After the as-sembly model was established,under a certain wind load(wind speed 14 m/s,Angle of attack 1.571 rad),the tool lifting,blade rotation and tool rotation angles were constantly changed to obtain the change law of the load force and the center of gravity position of the vehicle set,and the change law of the center of grav-ity position of the vehicle set with the change of the counterweight position was analyzed.The results show that the load on the vehicle group changes M and W respectively during tool lifting and blade rotation,and the lateral wind force on the vehicle group decreases due to tool rotation.The lifting Angle of the tooling can compensate the change of the center of gravity of the vehicle group under the condition of longitudinal slope road.The longitudinal stability is the best when the blade rotates to 180°,The lateral stability is the worst when the rotation is equal to 190°,and the wind load of the vehicle group is close to the maximum when therotation is equal to 350°.The rotation operation of the transport equipment is not suitable for con-ventional transportconditions,but for obstacle avoidance operations or cross-slope road transport.Chan-ging the position of thecounterweight block can balance the change of the center of gravity position of the vehicle caused by thelifting of the tool,and improve the effect of the stability of the car set.关键词
