大角度双重檐坡屋面钢挂瓦施工技术研究OA

Study on Construction Technology of Steel Hanging Tiles on Roof with Large Angle and Double Eaves Slope

针对现浇混凝土坡屋面结构易产生裂缝而发生渗漏、卧瓦易脱落、施工功效低、作业危险性高这一施工难题,结合工程实例,通过优化设计、材料比选各种坡屋面结构方案,介绍了一种大角度双重檐坡屋面钢挂瓦施工技术,确定了设计参数,通过坡屋面定位放线、角钢设计加工、顺水条调平及方管安装等技术手段的运用,解决了现浇钢筋混凝土坡屋面结构存在的施工难题,保证了坡屋面结构的整体稳定性及防渗漏性能,降低了施工难度,缩短了施工工期,所取得的经验可为类似工程借鉴.
