Abstract
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Budesonide combined with endoscopic adenoidectomy in patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods:A total of 80 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps treated in Shanyang County People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random sampling method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with normal saline combined with nasal endoscopic adenoidectomy,and the study group was treated with Budesonide combined with nasal endoscopic adenoidectomy.The efficacy,nasal function,inflammatory response and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The therapeutic effect of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of.the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the olfactory function score,Lund-Kennedy score,Lund-Mackey score,IL-6 level and TNF-α level in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%,which was lower than 10.00%in the control group,but there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide combined with endoscopic adenoidectomy in patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps has a good therapeutic effect,which is significant in improving nasal function and alleviating inflammation,with certain security.关键词
