骨科主导的多学科共管模式治疗老年股骨颈及股骨转子间骨折患者的效果分析
Effect Analysis of Orthopedic Led Multidisciplinary Condominium Model in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck and Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of multidisciplinary condominium model led by orthopedics in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck and femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:A total of 220 elderly patients with femoral neck and femoral intertrochanteric fracture admitted to Department of Trauma and Sports Medicine in the Fourth Hospital of Baotou from March 2019 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group(n=120)and an experimental group(n=100)according to random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,which 20 cases received conservative treatment,100 cases received surgical treatment,and the experimental group received multidisciplinary condominicm mode of treatment.The treatment methods,treatment time and treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results:The preoperative waiting time,operation time and hospitalization time of experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate of experimental group was 85.00%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group,and the incidence of bedsore was 5.00%,which was lower than 14.00%of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The fatality rate of the experimental group was 3.00%,which was lower than 5.00%of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In elderly patients with hip fracture,the multi-disciplinary co-management model led by orthopedics can carry out preoperative assessment faster,reduce the waiting time and hospital stay of patients before surgery,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and the overall effect is better.关键词
