Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of To investigate the effect of analysis of root canal filling with vitapex paste in treatment of Child patients with deciduous sinus type chronic periapical inflammation.Methods:A total of 82 children with deciduous sinus type chronic periapical inflammation treated in the stomatology department of Lanling County People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given Calcium Hydroxide powder filling treatment,the experimental group was given Vitapex paste root canal filling treatment.The filling efficiency,clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors,pain degree and masticatory function were compared between the two groups.Results:The exact filling rate and total effective rate of the experimental group were 92.96%and 97.56%,respectively,which were higher than 75.61%and 80.49%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after treatment,inflammatory factor indexes levels and pain scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).At 3 months after treatment,the masticatory efficiency and biting force of both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The selection of Vitapex paste for root canal filling in children with deciduous sinus type chronic periapical inflammation is helpful to improve the filling efficiency and the total effective rate,relieve the apical inflammatory reaction and pain degree,and improve the masticatory function.关键词
