Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on joint stiffness in patients with limb fracture.Methods:Ninety patients with limb fracture admitted to the Department of Orthopedics,Shandong Health Group Xinwen Central Hospital from February 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.All patients were accompanied by joint stiffness in different parts after surgery.They were divided into an experimental group and a control group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with limb function exercise,and the experimental group was treated with massage combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The joint motor function,joint motion and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the WOMAC elbow joint score and Garland-Werley wrist joint function score in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the Lysholm knee joint function score in both groups was higher than before treatment,and the score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the joint motion of both groups was greater than before treatment,and the test group was higher than the control group,and the pain score of both groups was lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion are effective in the treatment of joint stiffness in patients with limb fracture,which is conducive to the recovery of joint function,increasing joint motion and relieving pain.关键词
