Abstract
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic effect of CT and MRI on knee meniscus and articular cartilage injury.Methods:A total of 68 patients with suspected knee meniscus and articular cartilage injury admitted to Shanxian Nancheng People's Hospital of Shandong Province from September 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects.All patients were examined by CT and MRI.Using arthroscopy as the gold standard,the diagnostic results,diagnostic efficacy,diagnostic value and satisfaction scores of the two examination schemes were compared.Results:Among 68 patients suspected of knee meniscus and articular cartilage injury,55 cases(80.88%)of knee meniscus injury and 13 cases(19.12%)of articular cartilage injury were examined by arthroscopy.After CT examination,there were 50 cases(73.53%)of knee meniscus injury and 18 cases(26.47%)of articular cartilage injury.After MRI examination,there were 53 cases(77.94%)of knee meniscus injury and 15 cases(22.06%)of articular cartilage injury.Compared with CT examination,MRI examination had higher accuracy,sensitivity and specificity,higher AUC value,and higher satisfaction scores for meniscus injury,ligament injury and bone injury,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT and MRI are applied to the early knee meniscus and articular cartilage injury.MRI has high accuracy,sensitivity and specificity,and can provide data support for subsequent clinical treatment.关键词
