Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of integrated nursing in operating room in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture(ITF)in elderly patients with PFNA.Methods:A total of 82 elderly patients with ITF treated in Linchuan District People's Hospital of Fuzhou City proximal femoral antiglare intramedullary nail January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing in operating room,and the observation group was treated with holistic nursing in operating room.The clinical indicators,knee function,pain degree and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the type of operation,fracture healthly,independent walking,first postoperative getting out of bed and hospital stay were all shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).One month after nursing,the scores of knee functional rating scale and functional independence rating scale in both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).One month after nursing,the pain Visual Analogue Scores in both groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.88%,which was lower than 19.52%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In elderly ITF patients with PFNA internal fixation,the implementation of holistic nursing cooperation in the operating room can reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,accelerate the rehabilitation process,improve the function of the knee joint,alleviate pain,and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.关键词
