摘要
Abstract
Neutrophils are the most abundant myeloid cells in human blood and play a potential role in the occurrence and development of tumors.Neutrophils are characterized by a short life span,terminal differentiation,and non-proliferative properties,and their significance for tumor progression requires further investigating.In recent years,multiple studies have found that neutrophils exhibit heterogeneity and multipotency within the tumor microenvironment.This review summarizes the factors affecting tumor progression due to the heterogeneity and multipotency of neutrophils and their interaction with tumor cells,providing a potential theoretical basis for tumor treatment strategies targeting neutrophils.关键词
