Abstract

Aiming at the existing problems during the face shrinkage period of the working face such as ventilation,fire prevention and extinguishing,gas prevention and control,and the closure of abandoned roadways after the completion of the face shrinking,etc,the 14104-1 working face in Majialiang Mine is taken as the research object.The support technique during the face shrinkage period of the working face and the ventilation system during the supplementary roadway excavation construction period are designed.After the completion of the"small move house"of the working face equipment,the closure and filling and gas replacement of the remaining abandoned roadways are conducted.A total of 7 abandoned roadways are constructed to be closed.The accumulated construction time of the face shrinkage technology project of the entire working face is 22 days,and all types of gases in the working face are kept within a controllable range.The maximum concentration of CO in the working face is controlled below 2.4×10-5,and the gas concentration in the south return air main roadway is maintained between 0.51%to 0.83%,the ventilation system is stable and reliable.After the construction shrinkage and closure technology of the abandoned roadway,the working face continued to advance by nearly 397 m,and about 510000 tons of coal resources were recovered,generating a direct economic benefit of about 150 million yuan.This technology effectively improves construction safety,providing a good environment for face shrinkage of working face,equipment withdrawal,mine mining and excavation replacement,and safe production.
