Abstract
In order to explore a new technique for kilometer directional long borehole gas drainage and improve gas drainage effect,a design scheme for directional long borehole gas drainage is researched and proposed based on the engineering background of Fengxiang Coal Mine.19 boreholes are designed,including 5 main holes and 14 auxiliary holes.Through practical application,the gas concentration of the high negative pressure drainage system in Fengxiang Coal Mine increases from 10%-14%to 18%-25%,the pure gas drainage amount increases from 0.15-0.25 m³/min to 2.5-3.8 m³/min,the mine gas drainage rate increases from 30%-45%to 70%-80%,and the daily pure gas drainage amount for high negative pressure is about 5000 m3.The cost of gas governance reduces from 120 yuan/t without the use of directional drilling machines before 2019 to 55 yuan/t currently.The feasibility of this design scheme is verified,and the application effect is very significant.关键词
