刺蛾科(Limacodidae)隶属于鳞翅目斑蛾总科(Lepidoptera:Zygaenoidea),在世界范围内广泛分布,目前已知种类超过1 700种,是研究鳞翅目昆虫生物多样性的重要类群.昆虫翅脉形态特征研究是探索鳞翅目昆虫多样性的重要手段,本研究对我国部分刺蛾科昆虫翅形态结构进行初步分析,建立了刺蛾科翅脉结构模型和翅脉地标点,并进行普氏分析,依据其距心值对不同物种的翅脉形态进行比较.结果表明:刺蛾科不同物种的前翅形态具有显著差异,体现为代表翅脉M干的6号地标点和代表R3脉、R5脉共柄的10号地标点的距心值在黄刺蛾(Monema flavescens)、窄缘绿刺蛾(Parasa consocia)和中国扁刺蛾(Thosea sinensis)上差异显著(F=4.033,P<0.05);后翅形态差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).

Limacodidae belonging to the superfamily Zygaenoidea of Lepidoptera,is widely distributed throughout the world.With over 1 700 known species,it represents an important group for studying the biodiversity of Lepidoptera.The wing vein morphology is an essential approach to explore the diversity within lepidopteran insects.This study conducted preliminary analyses of the wing morphology of several Limacodidae species.Based on establishing a wing vein structure model and defining wing vein landmarks for procrustes analysis,we compared the wing vein morphologies of different species based on centroid size.The results revealed significant morphological differences in the forewings of different limacodidae species,particularly in landmarks 6(representing the M vein)and 10(indicating the common stalk ofR3 and R5 veins).Notably,significant disparities were detected in Monema flavescens,Parasa consocia,and Thosea sinensis at these landmarks(F=4.033,P<0.05).However,no significant differences were observed in the wing morphology of the hind wings(P>0.05).
