虎杖清脉饮治疗下肢小血管病早期热郁毒聚证临床观察
The clinical effect of Huzhang Qingmai decoction in the treatment of early heat depression and toxin accumulation syndrome in lower limb small vessel disease

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Huzhang Qingmai decoction in the treatment of early heat toxicity syndrome of lower extremity small arterial disease(LESAD).Methods:A total of 70 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,35 patients in each group.Both groups of patients were treated with conventional Western medicine.On this basis,the experimental group was treated with Huzhang Qingmai decoction,while the control group was treated with Huzhang Qingmai decoction placebo granules.After 3 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.The symptom and sign scores,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,lipid metabolism,glucose metabolism,inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment,and safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was 94.11%higher than that of control group(63.33%).In laboratory indexes,lipid metabolism,glucose metabo-lism,blood rheology and inflammatory factors in experimental group were improved compared with control group af-ter treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huzhang Qingmai decoction has significant clinical effect in treating LESAD patients with early heat-stagnation and toxic-accumulation syndrome,which can significantly improve clinical symp-toms and reduce the predisposing factors of atherosclerosis.关键词
