益气活血开窍方联合西医常规治疗对脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能、血液流变学和血清炎症因子的影响
Effects of Yiqi Huoxue Kaiqiao decoction combined with conventional western medicine on neurological function,hemorheology and serum inflammatory factors in patients with cerebral infarction during convalescence

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huoxue Kaiqiao decoction on patients with cerebral infarction at convalescent stage on the basis of conventional western medicine.Methods:A total of 103 cere-bral infarction patients at recovery stage were divided into control group(51 cases)and observation group(52 cases)randomly.They were treated with conventional western medicine,Yiqi Huoxue Kaiqiao decoction combined with western medicine respectively.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Fugl-Meyer motor function scale(FMA)and modified Barthel index(MBI)were evaluated in the two groups.The hemorheology[whole blood viscosity(high shear),plasma viscosity,fibrinogen level]and serum inflam-matory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were compared between the two groups.The efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The observation group's total effective rate of was higher(86.54%vs 70.59%,P<0.05)comparing with the control group.After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group's NIHSS score was lower,the FMA score and MBI score were higher(P<0.05),and the whole blood viscosity(high shear),plasma viscosity,Fib level and serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).The adverse reactions between the two groups shows no significant differ-ence(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Kaiqiao decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine has a good effect on patients with cerebral infarction in convalescence,which can regulate hemorheology,reduce inflammation,promote the recovery of neurological function and the improvement of limb motor function.关键词
