基于细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6变化研究小续命汤加减治疗痛性糖尿病周围神经病变阳虚寒凝证疗效
Study on the effect of modified Xiaoxuming decoction in the treatment of painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy with yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome based on the changes in TNF-α and IL-6

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of modified Xiaoxuming decoction in the treatment of painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy(PDPN)with yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome based on the changes in tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6).Methods:102 patients with PDPN and yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome were divided into the control group(n=51)and the treatment group(n=51).The control group was given conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with modified Xiaoxuming decoc-tion on above basis.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,Toronto Clinical Scoring System(TCSS)score of neuropathy,pain degree,nerve conduction velocity,and serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels.The incidence rates of adverse reactions were calculated.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group(94.12%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.55%)(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,compari-son between groups found that TCSS score and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of pain in the treatment group were lower(P<0.05).Peripheral nerve conduction velocity in the treatment group was higher(P<0.05).Serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels in the treatment group were lower(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in either group.Conclusion:Modified Xiaoxuming decoction can achieve significant therapeutic effect on PDNP with yang defi-ciency and cold coagulation syndrome.It can improve the patients'clinical symptoms,relieve pain,increase peripheral nerve conduction velocity,and downregulate TNF-α and IL-6 levels.关键词
