胎宝汤治疗黄体功能不全型先兆流产疗效研究
Efficacy of Taibao decoction on patients with luteal insufficiency type of threatened abortion

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of Taibao decoction in the treatment of patients with lute-al insufficiency type of threatened abortion.Methods:72 patients with luteal insufficiency type of threatened abortion were classified into control group(n=36)and treatment group(n=36)by adopting random envelope sampling method.The control group received dydrogesterone treatment,whereas the treatment group was treated with Taibao decoction combined with dydrogesterone.The efficacy,TCM symptoms scores,symptom relief time,serum homocys-teine(Hcy)and endocrine hormones[blood chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),progesterone(P)and estradiol(E2)]and adverse reactions were compared.Results:The treatment group(97.22%)had total clinical effective rate than control group(80.56%)(P<0.05).The TCM symptoms scores were lower in treatment group after treatment(P<0.05).The abdominal pain relief time,disappearance time of waist soreness,vaginal hemostasis time and pro-gesterone recovery time in treatment group were shorter compared with those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Hcy level was declined in both groups,and the Hcy level in treatment group was lower.The levels of β-HCG,P and E2 were enhanced,and the treatment group had higher levels(P<0.05).The total incidence rates of ad-verse reactions in control group and treatment group were 16.67%and 8.33%(P>0.05).Conclusion:Taibao decoction has good efficacy in the treatment of luteal insufficiency type of threatened abortion.In addition,it can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,promote the increases of serum endocrine hormones,and reduce Hcy level,and it has good safety.关键词
