基于"温三焦之阳,理气化痰通脉"法则论治房室传导阻滞
Treatment of atrioventricular block based on the principle of"warming the yang of the three jiao,regulating qi,resolving phlegm,and promoting meridians"

Abstract
Atrioventricular block is an electrical conduction abnormality that occurs between the atrium and ventricle,causing the heart to be unable to contract and pump blood normally,resulting in hemodynamic instability and obvious clinical symptoms.Generally,myocarditis is the main cause.Modern medicine has limited therapeutic effects and single methods for atrioventricular block,while traditional Chinese medicine has significant therapeutic effects and diverse methods.Yang deficiency and pulse obstruction are the main pathogenesis of atrioventricular con-duction block.The author uses the method of warming and unblocking the yang meridians to assist the yang qi of the heart,spleen,and kidney,while also regulating the qi mechanism,achieving good therapeutic effects.关键词
