Explanation of the pathogenesis of recurrent miscarriage due to thrombophilia disease based on the hypothesis of"deficiency of qi and stagnation"in TCM
摘要
Abstract
Recurrent spontaneous abortion and thrombophilia is a pathological condition caused by abnormal coagulation function of the human body.There is no exact name in traditional Chinese medicine.Combined with the pathogenesis theory of"Deficiency of Qi and Stagnation",this article analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of recur-rent spontaneous abortion and thrombophilia.Qi and blood deficiency and zangfu weakness are the basis of its patho-genesis.Repeated pregnancy and abortion are caused by phlegm dampness,qi stagnation,blood stasis and other path-ological substances,as well as the thoroughness of conception and conception vessels.With"deficiency qi"as the root and"retention"as the standard,the causes and consequences affect each other,which provides a new idea for the dif-ferentiation of recurrent spontaneous abortion and thrombocytopenia.关键词
